I am Rose Mary Guendell, a Costa Rican–Spanish transpersonal therapist and eternal traveler.
My path has taken me across four continents, through thirteen countries, and into countless encounters that revealed a simple truth: beneath our differences, we are all connected by the same essence.
Nature, silence, and inner exploration have been my greatest teachers. They led me to practices such as Transpersonal Therapy, Yoga, Ayurveda, and Mindfulness, first as a journey of self-discovery, and later as a way to guide others.
Today, I accompany those who long to heal the past, embrace the present, and reconnect with their true essence—body, mind, emotions, and spirit.
At Alma de Nómada, I believe the most meaningful journey is not outward, but the one that brings you back home: to yourself.
Her classes and therapies are taught and provided with so much love, attention and professionalism. When I go back home I feel like all the stress and worries are gone and I can just be in the present moment, relaxed and filled with positive thoughts.
